Osvaldo Salinas is a Civil Engineer from UDD with 7 years of experience in multinationals such as Walmart and LATAM Airlines. He has held positions as management control analyst, key account buyer and strategic sourcing manager. He worked in areas related to cargo movement and acquired good industry practices to implement in Amplifica.

Osvaldo led teams of more than 10 people in these companies and managed budgets of more than US$400 million with positive results.

Osvaldo resigned from his job at LATAM to form Amplifica and take over as its general manager, achieving remarkable and unthinkable results in just a few months of operation. Today he leads a team of more than 20 people in constant growth.
